Sharon is the Executive Director of Elifelet for Refugee Children since Nov. 2019.

Elifelet leads in the field of non-formal education for status-less children in Israel- working within the makeshift African daycares in Southern Tel-Aviv, running after school frameworks within the elementary schools, providing much needed emotional and developmental therapies as well as humanitarian aid to the families.

In the 9 years prior to that, Sharon developed and headed the “Good Deeds Day” initiative and was the Executive Director of Ruach Tova (part of the Arison Group) Israel’s leading NGO in the field of volunteerism. As part of her responsibilities Sharon took part in developing “Kulanana”, a national initiative promoting social cohesion, launched by the Ted Arison Family Foundation and a community of philanthropic partners.

Before entering the social sector, 12 years ago, Sharon was a content editor in Israeli television working mainly on satirical television shows.

Sharon lives in Tel Aviv with her partner Ofer and their three boys, Ido, Daniel and Itamar and their dog Lola.
