Rana Ghanem Zenadeen runs Neurim Center of Maase, a program that works to promote excellence, leadership and equal opportunities among youth.

The program operates in sixteen villages in the Galilee and the Carmel, and has about 3,500 youths and volunteers aged 13-25 participating. Neurim is considered one of the leading programs in non-formal education.

Rana holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Haifa and a master’s degree in non-profit organization management. She is also a graduate of the Mandel Program for Youth Leadership. Her work focuses on ways to promotes social-civic leadership among youth in the Druze community in particular and in the periphery in general.
