Noam Vidan is the co-founder and the Executive Director of IDEA.
Noam earned her BA and teaching certificate in civics and democracy studies and informal education, at Oranim Academic College, and her MA in interdisciplinary democratic studies at the Open University.
Over the past decade, Noam has worked in political-civic education by developing educational content, teaching, facilitating, and training educational teams in formal, informal, and academic education systems.
She has also facilitated leadership development in various educational and political frameworks.
