Nitzan Senior Shneor is the founder and the CEO of “Young Women Politicians” (YWP), a national movement whose goal is to encourage young women to engage in Israel’s politics. Nitzan is a Journalist in her profession.
She holds a managerial position at the Public Service. Nitzan holds a B.A. in “political science and international relations” and M.A. in “political communication and gender studies’’ – both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
YWP runs today at 8 Israel’s leading campuses and operates special programs with 5 municipalities. YWP also has a program for social workers. YWP has more than 300 graduates.
