Maram holds an M.A. in Organizational Development and a B.A. in Human Services and Education from Haifa University. Graduate of Career Development Counseling Program, Tel Aviv University.
Maram has been working in various management positions at Kav Mashve since 2011: Director of Campus business clubs, Director of a national program of career guidance for high school students, and the Director of the Leadership Development programs at Kav Mashve. Today Maram is the Deputy Executive Director at Kav Mashve.
Previous positions: Experience in sales, recruitment, and placement. Career advisor and group facilitator in the fields of career development, personal skills, and more.
Additionally, she is a graduate of the ‘Light Up-Leadership Program.
In January this year, Maram was elected to the advisory committee for the ‘Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’ within the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Social Services as a representative of organizations promoting employment in the Arab society.
