Adv. Keren Horowitz was appointed CEO of the Rackman Center in 2018. Prior to joining Rackman’s team, Keren worked in one of Israel’s leading law firms, specializing in labor law. At the Rackman Center, Keren led our Advocacy and Legislation Unit. Under her leadership, the unit secured major policy achievements, including a petition to the Labor Court that led to the appointment of two female Legal Assistants in the Rabbinic courts. The unit also petitioned the High Court of Justice that recommended to the state to increase women’s representation on the Chief Rabbis’ Selection Committee.
